At SureSeal Roofing Products, we stand behind the quality of Robert's Roof Cap and want you to purchase with confidence.

Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date if they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to replace the product or provide a refund.

Non Returnable Items
Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless they are determined to be defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
